Spock did not move from his position in front of the building with the Cat Rescue. On the window was a picture of a super cute black cat that declared, Needs a Good Home.
Jim had known it was a mistake to walk this way with his husband. But it was the shorter route and with the cold wind he had been, admittedly, in a hurry to make it home.
“Spock, we already have four cats. In that tiny apartment.”
“It is two bedrooms. The cats have their own bedroom.”
Jim sighed. “I know but—”
“We have a good home. The cat will have friends.”
“You aren’t going to let this go, are you?”
Spock arched a brow.
“I thought so.” He moved toward the handle of the door. “Let’s go get another cat.”

Lucky kitty! This story is super cute. Seems like Jim is a push-over when it comes to what Spock wants. They better not walk that way ever again or they’ll be overrun with cats. 🐈🐈⬛🐱😻😸😹❤️💚😘🖖

I’m guessing that in another 200 years we’ll have cat litter containment units that don’t have to be smelled, scooped, cleaned, EVEN TOUCHED, ad nauseum.
Or NOBODY would be all that ok with 5 cats in a tiny apartment. And their bedroom would only make it worse!
But with that horrible mess taken care of, no prob!

(NOW I’m going to put out the part NOBODY EVER talks about. Spock was drawn to Isis in Assignment: Earth because part of him recognized this was a shape shifter and was really an exotic beautiful woman. And he could stroke her all he wanted without anyone else being the wiser.) (OR Isis was really a cat shape shifter and WANTED to be a woman because of the way Spock was treating her as a cat – She wanted more. Silly cat. Spock’s already taken.)

Nah Luna’s a minor celeb on here but she doesn’t approve of being used in that manner LOL. Besides she is gray and I wanted a black kitty.
I tried to make this a little vague as to where this was TOS Spirk or AOS Spirk but I probably didn’t succeed.
I sure hope they have a new way to clean a cat’s box! LOL. But my guess is Jim makes Spock do it, he’s the one wanting FIVE cats

OH! Duh.
It never even crossed my mind it could be TOS. I just said what I did because every time I think of Spock and cats I think of Gary Seven and Isis. And I remember HER name because how could they know decades later it would be the name of a terrorist group?
Of course it could be TOS. I guess unless you say specifically TOS, I ALWAYS connect you with AOS.
I guess I thought Luna was more black than gray.

I’d definitely have more if the opportunity arose but it’s hard to get cats around here these day.
