Yesterday, I posted Chapter 11 of The Space in My Bed. I hope to have the final Chapter 12 up in the near future. I’ll be so happy to have another one finished. I am super excited by that prospect. I have new ideas to post, as you know (having done some sneak peeks) and I’d rather get a few more done before I do that.
Once that is all done I will turn my attention to an update for The Vulcan Who Fell to the Earth and Orchestral Maneuvers. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves!
Tomorrow is a flash that pretty much continues from a flash we saw at the end of December. Now when they become an ongoing story I think they lose flash status but whatever. I might write more on this storyline so stay tuned.
It’s a three day weekend for me and M as both of our companies get Monday as a holiday (MLK). I am quite happy about this. Sunday night we are going to dinner with the family, so that will be nice, but I have no other concrete plans other than to sleep! This is my last official holiday until Memorial Day (M’s company gets Good Friday off).
In other news we are supposed to get rain tonight, so wish us luck with that, as we always need rain.

Haha. Yeah, mine has a bed somewhat like that. Over a year old. Never laid in it that I know of, though he likes to push it around like it’s the enemy.
I found the livingroom rug halfway up the front wall yesterday morning.
He has a rolling office chair. I gave him my old one. He’ll run and jump on it and hang on while it rolls to the other side of the room. Yet he has toys EVERYWHERE and acts like they’re the most boring things ever. Give him a twisty tie? He’s happy for…..ever. He keeps it hidden somewhere but brings it out every few nights. I wake up hearing him with it.
I’m excited for the wrap up of Space, the flash – and let’s face it, “flash” is in the eye of the beholder. Who cares? I mean, look at your Hundred Word series. So it matters not what box it’s put into. I hate boxes and labels unless I’m moving.
And further updates. It’s all exciting!

Now that does not surprise me at all about your kitty. Luna loves toys. No idea why, but she does! BUT her favorite toys are ribbons.
Yep, if I worried about labeling my flashes flashes even though many of them continued, well, ha ha ha. Obviously I do my own thing regardless of what others do. ❤

Haven’t had the time to read and enjoy your latest update. I had a crazy sleep-deprived day yesterday, leading into my overnight shift that had less than optimum staffing (one nurse didn’t show up or call or answer texts or phone calls) so yours truly had to be the supervisor And sole unit nurse… leading into the day shift where staffing today was a total fuckfest! Sigh!
Got home in time to go to my water color class at my library- good stress relief there.
Thank goodness I am off tonight (my regular day off, when I’m supposed to work the coming weekend) and I took Friday and Saturday nights off cause of a bunch of routine doctor’s appointments those days.
Now I’m just rambling! Lol!
Looking forward to reading your already posted update, your flash continuation and anything else you have up your proverbial sleeve.
Your kitty is so cute. Not liking the new bed though. Needs to get broken in like the old one. Just who is in charge there? The cat? …I thought so. Your Luna looks just like my cousin’s cat Luna that’s 17 years old and definitely the Alpha in their household!
