I sometimes get to the point where I think…why bother? Each day or sometimes every other day, I work to create something to post on a fanfiction site for like-minded people to enjoy and I get a few kudos and/or comments and all seems well. Or wellish. And then I lose a subscriber. And then I lose another subscriber. And a bookmark. And yet another subscriber.
And I am left wondering what have I done wrong now?
The good news for me this last week is that Chris shaved. Yay! 
Alas Zach did not.
Chris could use a haircut though.
I was really hoping Viggo Mortenson would win the Academy Award for best actor but it was not meant to be. I didn’t watch the awards but I was rooting for him.
What is this? Week bazillion of my cough? Sure feels like it. It’s not as bad (in spite of M would say) but damn how long does it have to go on? I’m wheezy all the time too. Maddening.
In two weeks I am off for the weekend to go wine tasting in Paso Robles.
That is where we are staying. I forget how many wineries are in the area. Like 22 plus or something. Anyway it will be fun, I think. March 10-12.
My cats are more popular than I am. I get more likes when I post pictures of the furballs. Go figure.
I pretty much didn’t do anything this weekend. I went to the grocery store for about 30 minutes on Saturday, but otherwise I never left my house.
I was so sad to hear about Bill Paxton passing on. I loved him in so many things. My favorite roles for him were in Aliens, Apollo 13 and Tombstone. All movies I own.
What a great actor he was and as I understand it, a great human being. I’m sad.

I have no idea how many subscribers I have or bookmarks on stories. I think it would drive me crazy keeping track of it LOL

Zach…It works for him, the beard but I prefer clean shaven or maybe just a bit of stubble on him.
I did watch the Oscars. I was rooting for Denzel or Viggo. I was pleased with all the other winners. Go Viola!

I would have been good with Denzel too. Casey is ok. I liked him in The Finest Hours, I just would have rather had Viggo. Yes I was glad Viola won too. Years and years ago she play a bad cop who turned to murder (even kids) on an episode of one of my all time favorite shows, Law & Order: Criminal Intent. I think it was one of her first roles.

Most important – you’re not doing anything wrong. Seriously. Interest changes, people change. It just happens, I guess. Or they’re idiots, that’s the alternative. I might have removed a subscription to an author once or twice, but that’s usually because they write in a billion fandoms and had like one (newer) story in my fandom and I was hoping for more…that never came. But back to you :). I’m still new around here, but I feel there’s at least a rather steady following, no? I know I enjoy your stuff a lot and I’m definitely not the only one!
Chris definitely needs a hair cut and Zach needs to shave. At least that’s my opinion, not that it’s counts. Still.

I agree I believe the loss of a subscriber or bookmark is in no way a reflection on you as a writer. Jaime is right… you rock our world plenty of times with your stories.
I viewed the Oscars last night. What a major blooper on the giving out Oscar for best picture segment.

I love “my man” Chris clean shaven. I like him with a beard but once it enters a certain stage of growth, that’s it for me. I perfer Zach clean shaven with no beard.
Chris needs a haircut. He needs to stop by my place so I can tend to those tresses of his.
