I literally only have Christmas Day to write for the 25 Days of Christmas. Which I will be working on the minute I post this. The list of what you can expect has been updated too.
Unfortunately I still have my Jim/Prime Holiday story to finish, but I am super super proud of being very nearly finished with my December flashes. I will have earned January off for flashes!

You said the kids are all off for the week! Wow! Kids here are just off Thursday and Friday. Who wants to play in the park, when you can sit at home on your electronics?! Sad! Also the garbage is sad too! Some people are just pigs!
I’m still out on medical leave till next Monday night. I’m feeling better. Not feeling like returning to work, but I need money to live on. Sigh! Hoping on winning the lottery doesn’t seem like a good back up plan. And now there are predictions of snow Sunday night. Just super!
Love those blue skies! But your poor trees are all confused. I guess some are not native to your area and don’t know what to think of your weather.

Definitely have an obsession with Spirk. I dreamed last night that in the new movie Spock tells Jim he loves him! ha ha. I wish.
Today it’s raining and we are in a rain pattern for the next week. We need it though so I will take it.
Supposedly the garage door will be done December 07. Cross your fingers.
I’m glad you have been taking your leave. They made me go back after a week and honestly I should have been off longer. The worse part was i am a side sleeper and couldn’t sleep on my side. that was 22 years ago for me though!

Monday night I had s strange occurrence happen to me.
My husband and I went to a memorial mass for my Dad in the evening. My oldest daughter, who had traveled upstate for s Monday afternoon doctor’s appointment, didn’t feel she could emotionally handle the mass.
We returned to the house to pick my daughter up. Then as we were leaving the house to bring her back down to Brooklyn, we encountered a small, very scruffy, curly-haired black dog circling on the road. It had no collar, walking incessantly in tight circles, with its nose down like a hound on the scent. Bumping into things, as it walked, so apparently it was blind. We knocked on a few doors to ask if anyone knew who it belonged to. No one recognized it. We called the animal control people and the police. I followed it with my phone’s flashlight turned on, as it circled and circled and circled… mostly on the road. Never once sitting down or stopping. As I circled along with it, waiting for its rescuer to come, my daughter and my husband flagged down the occasional passing car to slow down. A police woman arrived and took a video to send to the potential rescuers on their way. She stayed till she got another call. Then a seemingly endless time later, a truck with two animal control people arrived. They said it was an old blind dog that was lost and stressed. They took it to get cleaned up and fed and would look for a microchip in the morning. Hope it finds its home.
Needless to say, travel to Brooklyn had to wait till the morning. At least my daughter’s class wasin the afternoon.
Oh and the police woman who had arrived in the midst of this, must have been a comedian. She asked my daughter if I had a Fitbit on?! My daughter replied that yes I did. Buncha comedians. 🤷🏻♀️😬

I love the walks with you. I love seeing all your sights. But the abandoned playground is a little depressing that’s for sure. It needs to be played with.
But man your sky. We don’t have sky like that here!
