Our house as decorated for fall (please excuse any mess LOL) Front of our house ready for Christmas!
And now some from my sister’s as J asked. Yes we did decorate her house. For two fricking days!
Sister’s Tree – Pretty right but not as cool as mine, you will notice several gingerbread as that is what she is into! Front yard of sister…yes I bought her that elf ha ha. The Santa waves (sometimes), they look better at night of course Looking into sister’s house, I bought her some of those garden stakes you see there including the elf and the gingerbreads.
There you have it!
By the way, we put up Mom’s stocking and put a black band around it in memory.

I like your sister’s tree too. But of course it can’t hold a candle to yours. (don’t tell anyone I said that – it’s obviously a zillion times larger and more festive than mine. But your places are larger than mine. Mine works just fine here).
ha ha I agree but I don’t tell her either. Hers is taller than ours, I think hers is 7 foot. It has multilights that chase blink race whatever you want it to do with a remote (rich people lol) mine is about 20 years old and some of the lights no longer work, we ran to the hardware store for another couple of strings to fill in the void! And I still like mine better but I guess personal taste!
I know I am SUPER freaky weird, but I hate for my lights to do anything but shine continuously. I don’t even like metallic ornaments or decorations that reflect light. I want them to be non-reflective so I can just see THEM. I have strings of wooden fake cranberries that I just LOVE. I’ve done real popcorn before but it’s just too crumbly or I’d have that too. I think what I’ll do is hang christmas lights in the shape of a christmas tree on the wall and then attach my ornaments to hang from them. The best of both worlds.
Lovely decorations for Fall snd then for Christmas. Very festive! Your place reminds me of an old work friend of my husbands. Her apartment was always decorated so cutely for the holidays. I was jealous of her then, and now I’m jealous of you.

And I second the motion to see Chris, as j suggested, wrapped up in lights under the tree.
