It’s rare, though not unheard of, that I recommend a fic, but this one is really stellar. It won’t be for everyone (it has mpreg elements) but it is Top Spock, Bottom Jim, Alpha/Omega dynamics, and the emotions just pack a punch.
It’s long. With the first chapter being 30,000 words and a second chapter eventually expected.

I had seen earlier and finally sat down to read it. It is well written.
I think everyone brings something to the table on AO3, though I am partial to Ivan’s works. I know most of the Marvel writers on AO3 and had read some of the author’s marvel stories.
