Ramblings, January 30, 2019

So I saw Bohemian Rhapsody last night and liked it. I do love Queen. I don’t think the actor really looked like Freddy Mercury but he did a decent acting job.

In other news, I am in trouble. I don’t know if I will make the deadline for the conclusion of Revealing for Friday. It’s going rougher than I anticipated. I promise to post it as soon as it IS done, should I miss my usual Friday morning post, but there you have it.

In other news, I have plans for the next Friday post if I can get this one done, as someone gave me an idea for one that I’d said I would get to.

Also, I may have imagined this but I think there was a one shot I did for a Spirk couple around Christmas that I said I would revisit and I don’t think I have, but I could be remembering wrong. I’m too lazy to go back and look at the moment.

Hope those of you in the parts of the country with freezing cold are surviving. Yesterday where M’s sister lives it was 32 below. Yes, you read that right. I just looked now and it’s 29 below. That’s just nuts.

Hello Darkness, Conclusion

Okay, so I didn’t delete Hello, Darkness, instead, I ended it and created a series for it called T’hy’la Chronicles. Eventually, you will see these two again, forwarded a few years. Much will have changed for both of them, so stay tuned.

Ramblings for 01/28/2019

Today I plan on working on the final part of Revealing so I have plenty of time to have it done for Friday. I’ll work on it until it is done.

After that, I should be working on Hello Darkness and Nine Lives. I’ll be honest, I want to delete Hello Darkness and forget finishing it. I am struggling against doing it, but yeah. Not really sure what and why I am writing it or doing with it and it has gone in a direction I didn’t really want to take it. So…meh. Anyway I will update what I can for sure.

Anyway, this week…is another full week at work. It’s supposed to be warmish too. Sorry all your snowy, cold people. Tuesday I am going to see Bohemian Rhapsody because I have been putting it off for weeks, ha ha, and I finally agreed to go because M wants to see it. Friday we are going out with the cousin for Mexican food, and Saturday the 2nd is my great niece’s (Paige) first birthday party. Lots of plans, lots.

So, yeah. Hopefully I can find some normalcy there. You know I don’t do well without some sense of normalcy.

So anyway, today’s picture is from an awards show on Sunday. At least I don’t have to go to those! HA

Yada Yada Not Yoda Yoda

Okay, I have been working madly this week and managed to update the following:

Didn’t We Almost Have it All, The Experiment, The Ties That Bind, My Heart’s a Virgin, and All I Ever Wanted. And I am already working on the next chapter of Bitter Frost. WOW! AND the second part of Revealing is up on the Blog.

Hopefully I will continue to be inspired to do so many updates.

Tonight, however, I am going on a date with M out to a restaurant for dinner. I intend to get Bitter Frost up tomorrow. Then I think it’s Hello Darkness and finally Nine Lives, but also The Experiment. Oh and those sexy times for Revealing. HA. So much still to do.

All this and reading a book for entertainment and working at a job and okay I am giving myself a headache.

Here’s another pretty, this time Zach.

Good News/Bad News

I will have Part 2 of Revealing up tomorrow here on the blog.

There is now a Part 3 which will debut on February 01

Middle-Ish Week Ramblings

So here I am again. Yeah, I know, I’ve probably been posting on here too often lately too. Ha

Since I started wearing my FitBit I’ve met my step goal every day, so that’s pretty cool. Especially since I managed to give myself a very painful blister. It’s been bandaged up since this weekend.

Funny thing, I have always had a fight with my feet. Once a few years back we spent like three days at Disneyland and I was wearing new sneakers. I got blisters inbetween my toes so bad I could barely walk. I even went to first aid there. I skipped some of the trips there and stayed in the timeshare while everyone had fun. Another time I went walking one Christmas Eve with friends and I didn’t really have anything to walk in so a friend loaned me a pair of shoes to wear. When we got back to the house everyone realized my feet were bleeding! HA. Yeah, so.

Finally saw The Mule last night. It was not violent considering the subject matter. There were a couple of naked butts and boobs (none of which were ancient Clint, thankfully), but that was all, really. It was pretty depressing though. And oddly enough I ended up liking the drug cartel guys more than most of the cops (the main cop was Bradly Cooper who I am extremely meh on)

Today I am working on the Flash so there will be no updates, and then i’d really like to work on a chapter of Nine Lives after that even though it’s not next up AND I could be working on The Experiment.

Why is it that short work weeks always seem to last forever? I so wanted to stay in bed this morning. I was tired, I felt gross, I felt depressed, it was cold in the house, I just didn’t want to get up. Unfortunately my alarm going off at 5:30 said otherwise.

Have a pretty pic

Rambling of the Week, January 21, 2019

Pausing in my holiday off to write this. Afterwards, I think I’m going to do a bit of cleaning in my bedroom.

So far each day since I put my FIT-BIT on I have reached my goal of 10,000 steps. Pretty cool.

Tried to see the Super Blood Wolf Moon last night but it was too cloudy so we saw nothing, Ah well. I’ve seen pictures today.

Got an update for The Experiment and Didn’t We Almost Have it All up. Have not written the next part of the Flash yet but I still have a few days.

I’d like to get up the next chapter of The Ties That Bind this week too.

Also, for The Experiment, I’d like to ask for opinions. Are you all enjoying it for me to keep chapters going for a little while or is it time to end it? I admit I am enjoying this particular version but if others think it has run its course, I will find a way to wrap it up.

We are going to try to see The Mule again Tuesday. We couldn’t get in last week, so tomorrow we will try again, sigh. That’s about it for now. Thanks for listening.

A Weekend Ramble, 01/19/2019

Above pictures are from my walk this morning. First two are the park by my house I walk through and the other is the neighborhood. M and I got Fit-Bits after Christmas during the sales and so I went for a walk this morning. M didn’t go as he got food poisoning from our dinner out last night. Poor guy. And he’s supposed to go out with his friend for dinner tonight (don’t ask, I am not happy, so just…don’t ask).

Anyway, I hate exercise, honestly, but the doctor thinks it will help my BP, which is still high, so I am trying. Thus the FIT-BIT.

I am fasting today, which means only coffee, tea, water or broth. I do it every once in a while. If you don’t drink coffee or tea you can still do it with water and broth. It’s called Intermittent Fasting. Look it up, it’s a thing. Anyway, listened to a PODCAST where this really overweight guy fasted for 40 days (under doctor supervision) and he lost 40 pounds. So basically a pound a day for starving yourself for 40 days. Hardly seems worth it.

I am giving myself the day off from writing, but will likely get back to it tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a good weekend, if they matter to you, as they do me.

Double Update

Briefly, I did two updates today, My Devotion, and When I Loved You. And that doesn’t count Revealing, which I posted here. Yes, I really am that good. HA HA. Kidding.

That frees me up for more of The Experiment and…the next chapter of Didn’t We Almost Have it All and the next part of Revealing. So stay tuned for those coming your way
