In the continuing saga of my HVAC, HOAs suck! They are making us get the signatures of two neighbors to approve us replacing OUR HVAC. And then the HOA has to approve. But it’s all OUR responsibility. So more delays. Man I hope this is done before the worst heat of the summer.
I’ve written the first Christmas in July flash and it’s scheduled for the 3rd. I’m pretty sure NO ONE suggested it but it’s what I wanted to start with.
I am working on an update to Still the Best but I have errands today after work so it won’t get up until sometime tomorrow.
Happy Summer (I guess LOL)

Bureaucracy for the sake of bureaucracy! Sorry to hear about the delays. Hope it gets approved rapidly. Stay cool!

Cute bunny!
Dang HOAs. I’d heard horror stories about those. I’m sorry. Hopefully your neighbors are cool and will have no problem signing off on the new hvac.
