A Beautiful Day at LastAn Empty Park An Empty Park Sign of the times, all equipment at the park has been roped off as unusable during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Very sad, I thought.Just a weird plant in someone’s yard
Thank you for sharing with us.
Obviously the yellow tape can’t keep anyone out, but can provide proof as needed to fine anyone using the equipment. Hopefully nobody would be that silly anyway.
No telling what all other diseases our kids get playing on equipment everyone uses. Probably without even paying it much attention.
Hopefully in a couple of months, all the yellow tape will be gone.
When I saw them no one was there, so hopefully that’s a good sign people are complying. But yeah people and kids play on all that stuff all year round and I don’t think any of them are wiped down by anyone. At least at gyms, theoretically equipment is cleaned.
Sad seeing empty playgrounds. It must be really difficult being a parent of a very young child at this time. Their schedule is all thrown off and no play dates? Hard to explain to little ones. Also can’t imagine trying to homeschool several kids. 🤦🏻♀️
The day looked lovely though. Such a blue sky! That plant looks alien. Either it looks like coral or it would fit in just fine on Vulcan. I Googled it and found a bunch of plants that look like that. Maybe it’s a Euphorbia. Idk
That’s exactly what it looks like so yes, I am guessing it is a Euphorbia. It’s in a drought tolerant yard so I think it would get along well on Vulcan! ❤
Thank you for sharing your walk. I always enjoy your beautiful neighborhood.
😦 sucks that the playground and equipment are blocked up. Sucks but understandable.
I somehow missed this! But gah. I feel sad. Gorgeous day but all that emptiness. I hope we will find a way to get back to normal at some point.
