Tomorrow, you will get to read Lost, my Friday’s Flash Fic, which I think has a bit of a double entendre going on.
I have also thought of a Flash Fic for the next Friday, though admittedly I have barely started it.
I updated The Experiment again. Go me.
I have been trying to find a way to be able to get a weekend in in Morro Bay, but it’s just so damn expensive and I have no funds right now at all. This is the cheap season too, once you hit Spring, it all goes up. It’s depressing to me that I haven’t been there since last February and I just don’t know when I am going to get there. This is my recharge place. And for now, at least, it isn’t happening.
We are in a bit of a rainy pattern at the moment with chances of rain Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week. So far, of course. That all changes easily and it’s varying degrees of chance if rain.
That’s pretty much it, I guess. I just came on here to whine. Sigh.

Oh, BTW, we went to the above place after work yesterday because M was curious. It is TEENY TINY. I felt like a bull in a China shop, scooting this way and that to avoid running into anything. He got a latte and half a pound of ground coffee. $15! Wow. Fresh from the chicken eggs were $8 an dozen. We got no eggs. Interesting experience though.

The tiny place looks very quaint! Somewhere I’d enjoy. Sorry about not getting to go to Morro Bay yet. My runaway to place in Galveston was bulldozed and they put a stupid little amusement park on it. I haven’t been back for myself since then (just with my students once on tour).
I know the word you probably are looking for to describe The Experiment isn’t “precious,” but to me after they worked through their initial get togethers, that’s what it is now. I love it a lot, and enjoy seeing the guys work through stuff. The quick updates make me feel like Bones shot me with a hypo of sheer joy!

Yes and the owner’s name was Cherokee. She was a hippy.
M says maybe we can go in April or May, so there’s still hope. He plans on going to see his aunt in Idaho first as her husband just passed away from cancer.
The Experiment has been really fun for me to write. I just love writing the boys in every day situations and stuff. Probably boring for others but not to me

I hope you are able to go to Morro sometime soon or this year. I know its a special place for you.
I wish we had rain. We’re getting snow this weekend 😦 so far they are saying maybe an inch or two accumulation but they said that last time and it went to a few feet >.<
That tiny place looks interesting. 8$ for eggs? wow. A former coworker had chickens in her backyard and it was about 3$ for a dozen.
Will be reading Experiment soon!

Yep $8. They were pretty. Green, blue, brown but who cares when you crack them open.

Oooh. I wish you could get to MB! I know how much that place means to you. I’ll cross my fingers that it works out.
Loved the update. I adore that story so much.
Rain is good. You need it! Hope it happens.

They’ve changed the forecast a bit. But it was super foggy this morning.
You know I forgot to snow up my blog this past holiday season! HA, maybe it wasn’t an option this year. Oh well
