Other than the Pinto story I posted today I am not posting any updates on AO3 today. Little burned out with posting and probably you’re all a little burned out too.
I will be back to it tomorrow, never fear.
A little early but…
I am behind things, I apologize. I had a bad day today, melt-downs, too much work, an ice cream stop, don’t ask. But at least I am home now for the next three days. I hope to finish Just When I Needed You Most this weekend.
I did manage to get 6,000 done for the Bang but only just…so I don’t know. We shall see.
I did schedule another flash so not all was wasted.

For the next few months, at least, there will be a bit of a change to the blog. Don’t worry, flashes are not going away.
The change is very simply, that there will be flashes Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays going forward until such time I change my mind. In the meantime there might be less ramblings or other stuff on here as my energies are focused on staying well and keeping everyone entertained.

A lot has happened this afternoon and it’s a little crazy.
Might delete the fic I just posted. We will see. I’m feeling weird. Not sick.
I didn’t mention it except today, but my niece was pregnant with her second baby. Last time the baby was born several weeks premature. Paige is fine now and two years old. Her mother had preeclampsia.
Her second baby was due in April, but she had the preeclampsia again. So when her blood pressure shot too high they took her in today.
Everything’s been crazy and I didn’t think to mention any of it until we found out she went in today. I thought it was kinda cool she would come on Kris’s birthday.
Anyway, she was born today as Audrey.
I had to get on WW by virtual meeting tonight and it was…interesting. But stressful. Because at the same time Los Angeles (where I work, not live) decided to take that moment to announce stricter guidelines that businesses must cease operations at least until April 19th. I now don’t know what that means for my job. I haven’t got my laptop yet, it’s just been ordered. So, it’s all a mess. Health Care operators are listed as exempted, but not sure if insurance applies.
Now I am stressed to the max, so…yeah.
Not going to allow comments here because I really don’t know what there is to say. Just..life is strange right now.

Well…Happy Saint Patrick’s Day, I guess
I’ve got nothing else, really. I am working at work for now. Most of the building is working from home. Not me. And that’s fine.
The news and the situations are constantly changing. So…I guess all I can say is stay safe.
There are three flashes in a row this week as there’s one on Thursday for Kris’ birthday.
I am working on another song one-shot but have barely started. I’m going to continue to work on my bang story too but it may be canceled or I may withdraw and just post it on my own. We will see.
Anyway, this too shall pass. I hope.

Here I am at work today. No indication whatsoever we will shut down (unless the president tells us to, I just don’t see it). It’s raining. We are trying to act normal as we can and laughing at the absurdity of the human race.
I went shopping at the grocery store Friday at work and was stunned at the mob scene I witnessed. The poor workers had to stay beyond their shifts to handle the madness. I have never seen anything like it. There’s a scene in the movie, Contagion, where something like that happened, and I felt like I was in some apocalyptic movie myself. I went yesterday afternoon and things were a lot calmer but they were still out of a lot of stuff like bread, paper products, cleaning stuff, and packaged foods like macaroni and cheese.
At least being at work, I was able to send my Bang story home, just in case. You never know. My office is in LA and the mayor here has shut down anything fun for the next two weeks, so, it’s best to be prepared for anything I guess.
Even my WW meetings are canceled for 3 weeks.
Anyway, I should have some time to write stuff since life is crazy. Maybe catch up on stuff at home. These are very strange times.
Got Cadet Ashayam updated and was even able to write sex. Go me. Up next, once again, is my Sound of Music AU. We’re going to get our first chapter from Prince Spock’s POV who has the Baroness (T’Pring) and Uncle Max..er..Uncle Sybock with him. Should be fun.
Plugging along on the Bang story. Chapter 2 is well on its way.
Otherwise, just going through the week. I do seem to be back on track with my eating so that’s good.
Next week we start back with the movies I think.
Nothing really exciting to report, unfortunately. Or maybe fortunately! I don’t know.
