grrrrrrr. Of course it couldn’t be something so simple as flipping back the breaker – INSIDE. That should ALL be under warranty, right? If there’s a wiring problem/short in the thing?
Yes it is under warranty that’s why they keep having to come back with no charge, they are coming today between 12 and 2
The service manager DID mention on December 01 when they last fixed it that the breaker might not be good enough for it, though it handled the old unit fine, but again it’s not flipping the breaker so I have no clue what the issue is, sigh π¦

That means something is popping your fuse. Is your fusebox inside, not on top of the roof with the unit?

Fuse they keep replacing is on the roof with the unit
the breaker box is in our unit but it’s not flipping the breaker
