Toilet guts had to be replaced Monday
And now we have a big time leak coming from the fridge line. Plumber coming tomorrow.
So…yeah

That’s insane! I mean, you do a lot of things all the time, but really? All this the very week you have very special events happening in your life? You’ve been waiting for this wedding for…years, right?
And you love Vegas.
I remember the day I got married. It had snowed like 8″ the night before. We had 400 people invited, many from out of town. Obviously they didn’t come. We had this huge huge huge 4 tier cake – 3 tiers were not touched. And that morning, our hot water heater went out. We had to heat water on the stove to take showers and do hair and all (those were the days of very little money and no big hairdresser appointments. And my mother made my dress – which, being in January, I had chosen white velvet. That monster weighed like 10 bounds, fully lined. But it was WARM, by golly. The shaving cream somebody wrote “just married” on the car hood – froze into the paint and it was there the entire time we owned it.
I don’t know what the deal is about frustrating things happening when you most need them NOT to!

Oh wow! I didn’t even know shaving cream would freeze. Yikes. Who would have thought that when you planned it?
Yes AND there is probably going to be a strike in Vegas too. So yep. When it rains it pours!
