You said “maybe” a few months ago about this one.
Spock is broken up with Nyota. But they never actually had sex together.
Jim/Spock have started dating and it’s looking serious.
Nyota finds out she’s pregnant by her latest boyfriend who wants NOTHING to do with a baby. AND she found out she has an incurable disease. Her BF wants nothing to
do with watching her die, either.
She will not live long enough to birth the baby. But 200 years from now, babies can be gestated in a mechanical/electronic womb and she can have the baby taken out of her and survive that way.
Spock is upset and wonders if he should go back to her for the remaining months of her life.
Nyota doesn’t want that. BUT she doesn’t want anyone to EVER know this baby is fathered by someone who abandoned her.
Spock doesn’t want to lie to Jim that he was never intimate with her. But Nyota’s so despondent, he’s afraid if he doesn’t agree to claim the baby as his, she’ll just go ahead and die, and therefore the baby too.
Spock wants Jim and him to raise the baby (he wants the baby to have loving parents.)

How’s this sound? if this works I will post it as a prompt
Spock has broken up with Nyota and though they were “public” about their relationship they never actually had sex together as she was aware Spock was gay. Later she became aware Jim was Spock’s T’hy’la but he had sworn her to secrecy as he didn’t believe Jim would ever love him.
Little did he know.
Now, Spock has begun to pursue a relationship with Jim Just as he learns from Nyota that she got pregnant by a lover who didn’t want to be with her or their child. She also confesses that McCoy has advised she has a terminal illness, so she wishes to arrange for her child to be removed before her death to finish its gestation in an artificial womb, a technology that is currently available in rare cases.
She asks that Spock raise the child as his and perhaps as Jim’s too. But she doesn’t want anyone else to know about her personal situation, how she had a child with someone who didn’t love her, Spock agrees to keep her secrets, but this is a problem as he doesn’t want to lie to Jim. However, given when Nyota was pregnant, Jim believes Spock must have slept with her after starting things with him. Spock agrees to help Nyota in her time of need even though it sees Jim turning away from him.
Spock keeps her secret until Nyota passes. It is now the end of the year and the last of their mission, and as he claims Nyota’s child to raise as his like she wanted, Spock pursues Jim to finally reveal the truth and ask him to be his.

I think post-Beyond.
Jim hasn’t seen Sam since they were kids. He receives a top secret level message that his brother Sam has gotten into big trouble with bad guys, who are out to kill him Sam.
Section 31 offers to help Jim save Sam, but Jim has to, as far as anyone can know, fake being fed up with Starfleet and resign cold turkey to go undercover. He can’t even tell Spock.
If he won’t, S31 says they could only help Jim if they fake Jim’s death to enable him to go help Sam.
Jim is told it’s probably a suicide mission. Sam might not survive either.
Another reason not to tell Spock or he might not be able to go through with it. He has to fake anger at Spock too.

Yes I have that’s why I probably won’t do any more than the 4 (plus ones anyone here suggests that sparks me like the Nyota one)
Since it’s December when they will be out, I’d like to stick to mostly holiday stuff even if not required!
