Stax
The wine bar is called Stax because in Morro Bay there are these three really big smokestacks from when they had this big power plant there (it’s since closed in 2014 but the stacks remain) the wine bar is down the street from where those are so they called it Stax as a take on them but in 6 years I have heard they are taking those old stacks down

Looks like you had a good time! Love the photos. That rock across the water looks like someone sculpted it. Very odd looking! Maybe volcanic in origin??
Your first Christmas in July story is cute. I commented earlier! I can still see the flash in my notifications. But when I click the comment button to see the comments at this time, it just says oops that canβt be found! π€·π»ββοΈ
thank you, I got your first comment on that flash where you said it was cute so I appreciate it. The flash has been removed but I do appreciate you reading it and others too. It’s now back with minor edits
I believe it is volcanic. It’s famous in Morro Bay. It’s like a baby rock of gibralter
