Hi guys
I know it’s not yet November but it’s time to talk about what you can expect here and on A03.
My nephew (his dad was the one we just had the service for) is marrying his boyfriend in Vegas over 11/10-11/12 so I’ll be gone for that time. Also Thanksgiving week I’ll be gone for a couple of days as well as hosting a gathering on Thanksgiving (and making pumpkin donut holes from scratch as this year’s pumpkin dessert).
Also, you may or may not remember but for December’s Christmas/Holiday story I will be greatly expanding my flashes that appeared here in July (Christmas in) where Spock visited amnesiac Cadet Kirk in the hospital. It was quite popular and many asked to see more. I am looking forward to it. It’s probably going to appear on AO3 though as this year’s story. Here I will be doing some holiday flashes.
In the coming days I will update Still the Best and Welcome to the Enterprise.
All this is to say, November on the blog may be slim pickings. I’ll get some stuff up but I doubt it’s going to be a regular schedule.
So that’s my story!
My brother did pass away last night, so there will be a delay updating the blog story, but I should be back to writing and scheduling more for next week.

Life is a bit nuts right now. I’m dealing with work BS, my brother’s declining health and possible imminent death, migraines, anxiety, just all kinds of stuff.
And a bit of writer’s block on my AO3 works in progress. I’m going to say right here I abandoned and deleted one recently that I just don’t want to work on anymore (Whom Gods Destroy). But I still have A Heart Needs a Second Chance, The Wrong Captain, Still the Best, Welcome to the Enterprise. I think that’s it but not entirely sure. Anyway, none of those are abandoned. Just on pause as I sort some stuff out.
Right now I am enjoying writing my blog stories so that’s where my energy is. And soon I will be writing amnesiac Jim holiday story as well as whatever else comes my way for the coming months to end this year.
No need for comments here, so I am closing them. Just wanted to let you know why nothing has been updated for a bit, but I will get back to them. No worries. I know many are following those stories.
