There is a neighborhood near us (wealthy LOL) who really do it up for Christmas lights. Every house has decorations. Some more than others, but not a single house does not participate. Since J asked, I thought it would be fun to post the pictures I took of the neighbor hood.
Now you can feel like you went through the neighborhood too! They even play music and have lights across the interlinking streets that connect the whole thing overhead. It’s pretty awesome

Oh thank you so much!!! I haven’t gone to look at lights in forever, it seems. Not many around here, but this is very country-ish. And you walked through instead of having to drive. And light across the streets to pull it all together. i’ve never even seen anyone do that before.

Yes you can kind of see the intersecting lights at the top of a few pictures, I had never seen that before too in other neighborhood community displays (There’s a famous one in the LA area called Candy Cane Lane). Anyway this place even has Santa come a couple of nights during the season. Lots of people try driving through it but we saw a parking spot right away so we snagged it and walked. It was a lot of fun for sure

Those photos are great. Thanks for taking us on a walk! Those homeowners really did a lovely job. The only time I’ve seen lights over streets is in NYC. I’ve always enjoyed looking at Christmas lights. Hope to go for a drive to see some.
Feels a bit like my next door neighbor’s house. They have lots of decorations, including Santa with a dog in a blow-up snowglobe!
