Last day of April already and soon we will be into the fifth month of the year.
Last night I fully intended to finish, when I got home from work, a flash fic I had been working on earlier in the day. I even sent it home to myself. Instead, I went up and got in bed and fell asleep. When I finally woke up, I took a shower, and then played a world building game for the rest of the time and never did turn to that fic.
I’ll work on it today at lunch but doubt it will get done. It’s going in the May 17th slot that I originally had another fic in. That flash is either getting moved to June or becoming its own fic because it’s definitely becoming a beast! HA. JJ’s idea was just too inspiring.
I’m seeing Captain Marvel tonight. I didn’t want to see it all that much but everyone else in our movie group did.
Tomorrow is Walk at Lunch Day at work and if you participate you get a free shirt or bag or something, so I think I am going to do that. I walk every day now anyway.
I thought about doing another update on My Devotion this week, but I don’t think I will after all.

The bad news is you’re moving the May 17th flash fic.
The good news is YOU’RE MOVING THE MAY 17 FLASH FIC!!!
To be replaced due to popular demand by the THREEQUEL to the continuing saga of strip poker Spock and Jim. YAY!!!!!
Now if CBS will give us an Anson/Pike – Ethan/Spock series, my job here will be complete!

Well the bad news is ultimately good anyway because it means another expanded fic! HA. Well, that’s not good news to YOU but it is to me.

Yay for flash fiction that become something bigger.
Don’t sweat not getting to Your original plan. Sometimes you just need to catch up on some sleep.
I have no idea what a world building game is but it sounds like fun.
Taking a walk at lunchtime sounds like a good idea You might as well join the crowd!
BTW, what’s all this talk of kidnapping and not sharing Chris? There’s always the option of using hypnosis on Chris.

Yep and another one is becoming bigger, I am ridiculous! Oh you build a city with houses and places to work and fairies and elves and orcs, that sort of thing. Total time waster, believe me! LOL

I hate you. I’ve been trying to figure out what that line was from for almost a solid day. It’s been a long time since I’ve sat and watched spirk videos, and of course, that’s from the Shrek love song. In the old days, I would have remembered instantly, I’m sure since it’s music. Now, I’ve actually had to listen to the rusty gears grind and watch smoke come out my ears, as it haunted me since you said it.
