Went and saw Rampage last night with a group of friends. This is the one with Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson. I have to say I found it quite entertaining. But I really like him. He’s really nice to look at and very funny and charming. He had some great lines in this too. Like, “of course the wolf flies”. LOL.
This weekend is my great niece’s second birthday party which will be held at a Shakey’s Pizza. It’s two hours away, which is too far, really, but you do what you gotta do.
On the very upside I think during weigh in tomorrow at WW I will have lost 18 pounds. Go me.
As I indicated earlier, I updated Didn’t We Almost Have it All on Monday. Check it out if you didn’t get a chance because it’s pretty intense. On Tuesday, I updated You are the Light That’s Leading Me. My goal now for the rest of this week is to maybe get this one finally done. It would be nice to have one of the ones I started in 2016 concluded.
I’ll be honest. Once I finish my WIPs I am considering not writing anymore. I haven’t made up my mind 100% but that’s where I am leaning. No need to worry, I have plenty still going for now but recent events have been discouraging and I just don’t know that I have it in me to keep at this for any length of time. We will see how it goes.

I get why you’d maybe want to stop writing Bc of everything. I support you either way. No reason you can’t take an extended break and reevaluate either. You gotta do what’s best for you.
You’ve brought us amazing stories and I’m happy to read them as long as you want to write.

Plus there is the plain fact I have been writing them since after Into Darkness, basically since 2013, so a good five years. Long time. Most others writing them since then are long gone.

Congratulations on the weight loss. Kudos to you for that. I know first hand how difficult it can be! I’m afraid to weigh in this Saturday! I’m thinking I’ve gained. My daughters’ Birthday cakes have been haunting me this week!!!
Two hours for the two year old’s BD party! That really is a long distance to go for your niece’s party, but have fun! I’m sure she’ll be happy to see you!
I’m happy for the recent updates. You have such a creative mind. Even with the number of stories you have written, no two are alike. Kudos to you for that, as well! I’d be saddened if you were to cease writing. Maybe take a break and not have so many at the same time. Then it could be less pressure on you. Just update when you update! Just know that your stories are well loved by your fans!! Please don’t feel discouraged!
I don’t know how you manage to write so many simultaneously. I’d lose my place, if I were writing them.

Well you know they told us last week that you can do “no weigh” weeks for those you want to go to meeting but know you have probably gained. Something to think about anyway!
Even if I do stop it won’t be for a while as I still have plenty of WIPs even after the one I am trying to end now. The fandom is shrinking I think and probably will continue to do so if that 4th movie never gets made. We will see! 🙂

I’ve been a Star Trek fan ever since my best friend introduced me to the James Blish novelizations, in (speaks quietly into my hand) 1972! I even went to one of the first Star Trek conventions in 1973, in the Commodore Hotel in NYC. So I’m not going anywhere. I’m a full -blown Trekkie!

I would be so, so sad if you’re not writing anymore. Like I’ve said many times, you are my most absolute favorite author in the fandom. But I totally understand and I will support you either way.
